The Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department, through the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER JAL SHAKTI (M) GW, invites eligible and experienced contractors to submit bids for an Open Tender (e-NIT No. GWD/50 of 2026-27) for "Works," specifically "Drilling Works," as detailed in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). This project has an estimated value of ₹ 3,43,500 and a stipulated completion period of 25 days, with the work location specified in the BOQ. The tender documents became available for download on 25-Jun-2026 at 04:00 PM, with the download facility closing on 02-Jul-2026 at 06:00 PM. Bid submission will commence on 27-Jun-2026 at 02:00 PM and conclude on 02-Jul-2026 at 06:00 PM. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on 27-Jun-2026 at 01:00 PM at the OFFICE OF THE EXECUTIVE ENGINEER JAL SHAKTI (M) GW to address any clarifications. Technical bids are scheduled for opening on 03-Jul-2026 at 02:00 PM at the same venue. Bids submitted will remain valid for 270 days. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹ 500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 6,870 (2.0% of the estimated value) are required. Both the tender fee and EMD are payable to the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER JAL SHAKTI (M) GW at Jammu. EMD can be submitted via Bank Guarantee, Fixed Deposit, or Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR); no exemption for EMD is permitted. Bid submissions require two covers. Cover 1, designated for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents, must include a scanned copy of the treasury e-Challan, EMD details, duly signed and stamped tender documents, a scanned experience certificate for one similar completed work within the last five financial years, and a scanned copy of a valid Water Well Drillers registration issued by the Chief Engineer Jal Shakti (PH). Cover 2 is for the Financial Bid, which consists solely of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
