The National Rural Roads Development Agency (NRRDA), through the Executive Engineer, PMGSY Division Budgam, invites open tenders for a stage contract concerning roads under the jurisdiction of the PMGSY Division in Budgam on an emergency basis. This encompasses maintenance of roads, addressing failures by regular contractors, and handling other emergent works for the Financial Year 2025-26 (Part-B). The estimated tender value is ₹35,00,000. Bids must be submitted online by December 1, 2025, at 03:00 PM, and will be opened on December 1, 2025, at 03:30 PM at the Office of the Executive Engineer PMGSY Budgam, located Near SDH Chadoora. A fixed EMD of ₹70,000, payable to the Ex. Engineer PMGSY Budgam, and a tender fee of ₹1,100, also payable at Budgam, are required. Documents, including a copy of the Bid Security/EMD, tender cost receipt, registration card, PAN card, GST number with the latest GSTR-3B Challan, affidavit, and the BOQ, must be submitted as per the NIT. Permissible payment instruments include DD, BG, FD, and Call Deposit.
