The National Rural Roads Development Agency (NRRDA) invites open tenders for an Annual Service Level Agreement on a monthly basis (24X7) for vehicle hiring for the Office of the Superintending Engineer, PMGSY Circle Srinagar. The agreement includes a driver, but excludes the cost of fuel, which will be provided by the department as per government regulations. The estimated tender value is ₹6,91,200, with a period of work of 365 days. The tender reference number is e-NIT NO 26/SE/PMGSY/e-Tendering of 2025-26 Dated- 12-02-2026. Interested bidders should download the tender documents starting February 12, 2026, and submit their bids no later than February 19, 2026, at 04:30 PM. Bids will be opened on February 20, 2026, at 10:30 AM at the Office of the Superintending Engineer, Pmgsy Circle Srinagar. A tender fee of ₹300 and an EMD of ₹13,824 are required, payable offline to the Accounts Officer, Pmgsy kashmir and Superintending Engineer, Pmgsy Circle Srinagar respectively, and are non-refundable. Bidders must refer to the BOQ for a detailed description of the work. Key documents, including copies of DD for the cost of bid document, EMD, Pollution Certificate, Valid Permit, Fitness certificate, Insurance Copy of vehicle, Registration Certificate of vehicle, Goods Service Tax (GST) registration certificate, affidavit for non-ineligibility, registered office document proof and copy of commercial permit for operation in JK and BOQ, are required. The bid validity is 30 days.
