The National Rural Roads Development Agency (NRRDA), through the Office of the Chief Engineer PMGSY Kashmir, invites open tenders for an Annual Service Level Agreement (SLA) on a monthly basis for Commercial vehicle hiring services with a Driver. Fuel will be provided by the department as per approved Government norms. This is an item rate contract. The estimated value of the tender is ₹45,000 and the period of work is 365 days. Interested bidders must download the tender documents starting from March 5th, 2026, at 02:40 PM, and submit their bids no later than March 13th, 2026, at 04:30 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹2,000 is required, payable to the Accounts Officer PMGSY Kashmir, and a tender fee of ₹200 is also applicable, payable at Srinagar. The bid opening date is scheduled for March 14th, 2026, at 10:30 AM at the Office of the Chief Engineer PMGSY Kashmir, Srinagar.
