The National Rural Roads Development Agency (NRRDA), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites eligible bidders to participate in an Open Tender for the Construction and Maintenance of Road L034 (Link Road) from Gref Road to Dhundi. This project, identified as Package No. JK17-4208 under PMGSY-IV, Batch-I of 2026-27, is located in Block Paddar, District Kishtwar, and involves a length of 6.500 Kms. The bid submission period begins on August 03, 2026, at 10:00 AM and concludes on August 14, 2026, at 05:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for August 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the office of the Chief Engineer PMGSY JKRRDA Jammu. A pre-bid meeting will be held on August 01, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the same address. This tender is a single currency tender for fees and BOQ, and withdrawal is permitted. Independent external monitors will be National Quality Monitors, State Quality Monitors, or any other agency appointed by NRRDA.
