The National Rural Roads Development Agency (NRRDA), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for restoration works under the jurisdiction of PMGSY Division Thathri on an emergency basis. This project, referenced as NIT No. 20 of 2025-26 PIU Thathri, encompasses the restoration of roads including: 1. Tantli to Gurakahra Part 1, 2. Tantli to Gurkara Part 2nd, and 3. Gurkahra to Chanser. The Executive Engineer, PMGSY Division Thathri is the Tender Inviting Authority. Interested bidders must download tender documents starting from March 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM and submit their bids no later than March 16, 2026, at 4:00 PM. A fixed EMD of ₹20,000 is required, payable to the Executive Engineer at Thathri, with options for EMD exemption or submission through BG/ST. The tender fee is ₹600, also payable to the Executive Engineer at Thathri. Bids will be opened on March 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the PMGSY Division Thathri. The contract is a percentage-based form, and the period of work is 45 days, with a bid validity of 120 days. Tenderers must submit their bids in two covers, Cover 1 containing the Fee/PreQual/Technical details (NIT document .pdf format) and Cover 2 containing the Financial details (BOQ in .xls format).
