The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for special repair work to Building No. P-62H (OR Living Accommodation) and Building No. T-06, Fresh Stores at FSD Poonch, along with Building Nos. T-36, P-49B, and P48B OR's Bathroom and Toilet Block for the 237 FD WKSP COY EME at Poonch under GE 881 EWS. This item-rate contract is valued at ₹40,40,000, with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,800 and a tender fee of ₹500. Both the EMD and Tender Fee are payable to GE 881 EWS, payable at Poonch. The tender documents, including the NIT and BOQ, can be downloaded from October 25, 2025, until November 17, 2025, at 6:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between November 10, 2025, and November 17, 2025, with the bid opening scheduled for November 20, 2025, at 12:00 PM in Poonch. The completion period for this work is 180 days, and the bid validity is 60 days.
