E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "SPL REPAIR TO OR BLDG NO P-54 AND P-5 AT NIYARI AND TANGDHAR UNDER THE AOR OF GE 874 EWS". This is a works contract under Tender Reference Number GE 874/EWS-66/2025-26. The tender documents can be downloaded from 09-Oct-2025 to 01-Nov-2025 (up to 06:00 PM). Bids must be submitted between 27-Oct-2025 (03:00 PM) and 01-Nov-2025 (up to 06:00 PM). A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,00,000 is required, payable to GE 874 EWS at Baramulla, with exemptions allowed through BG/ST or EMD Exemption. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also required, payable to GE 874 EWS at Baramulla, tender fee exemptions are allowed . The bid opening is scheduled for 03-Nov-2025 at 10:00 AM at the office of GE 874 EWS Kupwara. The work has a period of 270 days and the bid validity is 60 days. Interested bidders must submit scanned copies of required documents, including application on letterhead with email ID, enlistment letter, EPF Code No/Registration, demand draft for tender cost, and GST registration. The BOQ must also be submitted.
