E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, acting through GE Khumbathang, invites open tenders for the work "GE/KHU-75/2025-26 REPAIR TO COMPOUND WALL, FENCING, CULVERTS, DRAIN AND PROTECTIVE WKS AND BR REPAIRS TO FLOORING, SHUTTERS, WIRE MESH ETC AT PEB SHED IN DOU IN THE AOR OF AGE BR-I KHUMBATHANG UNDER GE KHUMBATHANG". This is an item-rate contract for support and maintenance service works. The tender documents can be downloaded from 03-Dec-2025 09:00 AM to 23-Dec-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 17-Dec-2025 09:00 AM and 23-Dec-2025 06:00 PM. Bid opening is scheduled for 24-Dec-2025 06:00 PM at GE Khumbathang. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,000 is required, payable to GE Khumbathang, and should be submitted offline. The tender fee is ₹500, also payable to GE Khumbathang offline. The period of work is 180 days, and the bid validity is 90 days. Tenderers must submit scanned copies of the application on the firm's letterhead, tender fee payment proof (demand draft or banker's cheque), EMD payment proof (if applicable), MES enlistment letter (including renewal copy), EPF and GST registration letters, and all documents mentioned in the NIT, along with the BOQ and the tender documents.
