Work Description - Consultancy Services For Retrofitting Health Assessment Of Different Piers Of Barrage At Ljhp

The Jammu and Kashmir Projects Development Corporation (JKSPDC), represented by the Executive Engineer, CMD LJHP Gantamulla, is pleased to announce an open tender for Consultancy Services for Retrofitting Health Assessment of different piers of the Barrage at LJHP. This Expression of Interest (EOI) tender, identified by Tender ID 2026_SPDC_318090_1, seeks qualified service providers to conduct a comprehensive health assessment and recommend retrofitting measures. The consultancy services will be for a period of 180 days, with a bid validity of 365 days. A tender fee of ₹2,000 is required, payable to the Chief Pay and Accounts Officer PDC Baramulla at Jammu and Kashmir TP Baramulla. Additionally, an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹60,000 is mandated, payable to the Accounts Officer with Chief Engineer CID Srinagar and can be submitted via BG/ST or other approved exemptions. Bidders will need to submit their proposals in two covers: Cover 1 for EOI (Fee/PreQual/Technical) in PDF format, and Cover 2 for the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in XLS format. Bid submissions will commence on July 28, 2026, at 02:00 PM and must be completed by August 18, 2026, at 06:00 PM. The bid opening will take place on August 19, 2026, at 12:00 PM in Srinagar. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 4, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the Chief Engineer CID Wing PDC Srinagar.
