The Jammu and Kashmir State Power Development Corporation (JKSPDC), through the Executive Engineer CMD BHEP, invites eligible and experienced contractors to participate in an Open Tender (ENIT 11 of 2026-27) for significant Civil Works. This tender focuses on the "Repair and upgradation of damaged fencing, brick masonry fencing, and light poles, including other allied works, along the periphery of residential colonies" located at BHEP Chanderkote. The estimated Tender Value for this project is ₹1,53,90,000, with a stipulated Period of Work of 180 days. Interested bidders can download tender documents starting from 08-Jul-2026 at 09:00 AM until 28-Jul-2026 at 02:00 PM. Bid Submission will commence on 08-Jul-2026 at 09:00 AM and close on 28-Jul-2026 at 02:00 PM. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 14-Jul-2026 at 02:00 PM at the Office of the Chief Engineer Civil BHEP, Chanderkote, Ramban, to address any queries from prospective bidders. The Bids will be opened on 29-Jul-2026 at 02:00 PM at the Office of the CE Civil BHEP. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹3,000 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3,07,800 are required, both payable to "CPAO BHEP" at "Chanderkote." The EMD can be paid via Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, Fixed Deposit, or CDR (Cash Deposit). This tender operates under a two-cover system, with the first cover comprising Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents and the second cover for Finance (BOQ).
