The Executive Engineer, IFC Division Poonch, on behalf of the I and FC, a State Government and UT organisation, invites eligible bidders for Tender Reference Number e-NIT No.08 of 2025-26 Dated 04-06-2026 (Tender ID: 2026_IFC_311559_3). This is an Open Tender for "Annual Maintenance/Repair of various Flood Protection Structures, viz. Crates, RBM Bunds, PCC Walls, Channelization Works, and other repairs to Government assets and allied works of Flood Control Sub-Division Poonch, including emergent works during" with an estimated value of ₹90,000. The work, categorised under Civil Works, is to be executed in Poonch over a period of 365 days. Bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,800 (2.0% of the tender value), payable to Convener, purchase committee, Directorate of ISM at Jammu and Kashmir via CDR (Cash Deposit), and a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹200, payable to XEN IFC POONCH at Jammu and Kashmir.
