The Executive Engineer FCD Jammu, operating under the I and FC (State Govt. and UT), invites eligible and experienced contractors to participate in an Open Tender (e-NIT No. 10 of 2026-27) for significant Civil Works in Jammu. The scope of work, titled "Construction of flood protection along left side of Nikki Tawi from Satsang Ghar, Baba Bundan Ali Shah School at Barjala, Khandwal by way of construction of earthen embankment with revetment crates and 01 No. Stud 24m long and allied works (At spots)", has an estimated value of ₹1,04,94,000. This project is to be completed within a period of 90 days, with the contract awarded on a Percentage basis. Interested bidders are required to submit a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹5,000 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹2,09,880, which represents 2.0% of the estimated project value. Both the Tender Fee and EMD are payable offline to the Executive Engineer FCD Jammu, with EMD accepted via Fixed Deposit or Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR).
