The Irrigation and Flood Control (I and FC) Department, a State Government and UT entity, is pleased to announce an open tender (e-NIT No. 08 of 2026-27) for the comprehensive supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of non-contact type Radar water level sensors with data loggers and allied accessories. This critical project also includes the fabrication and construction of a steel tower and its foundation on the River Jhelum at Baramulla. The total estimated tender value is ₹13,33,000, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹26,660 and a tender fee of ₹1,000. Interested bidders are required to submit their bids through a two-cover system, with Cover 1 encompassing fee, pre-qualification, and technical documents, and Cover 2 containing the financial bid (BOQ). The tender documents will be available for download from July 23, 2026, 06:00 PM, until August 13, 2026, 06:00 PM. The bid submission deadline is also August 13, 2026, 06:00 PM, and the bid opening will take place on August 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer ICD Pampore. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM at ICD Pampore, Pulpar Kadlabal, to address any queries. Bidders must provide documentary evidence of their authorization as registered companies/firms/suppliers of the specified items, income tax returns for the financial year 2025-26, sales tax certificates, TIN registration, details of service facilities within the UT of J&K and other states, bank account details linked with GSTIN, an undertaking for warranty service, and proof of past supplies of similar equipment within the last five years, along with complete technical information and specifications of the manufacturer's items. The form of contract is item rate, and the bid validity period is 90 days.
