The IHQ of MoD (Army)-(OSCC), through the Commanding Officer, 65 Engr Regt, invites bids from eligible and qualified contractors for an Open Tender (Reference Number: 1367/Job/SC/UGFSC/26-27) for the **SUPPLY AND CONSTRUCTION OF UG FSC (Underground Field Support Center)**. This significant civil works project, located at NHMS, has an estimated completion period of 540 days. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 28-Jun-2026 at 10:00 AM at 65 Engr Regt, Ambala Cantt, to address any queries and provide necessary clarifications, including discussions on drawing vetting from IIT/NIC/Govt college.
