Supply of LED Lighting and Electrical Components for Indian Army Infrastructure

The Department of Military Affairs, under the Ministry of Defence, represented by the Indian Army, is pleased to announce a tender opportunity for the procurement of a comprehensive range of electrical lighting and component supplies. This tender, identified by Bid Number GEM/2026/B/7862735, is open for applications from 03-08-2026 at 2:36 PM until 14-08-2026 at 10:00 AM. The total quantity required across all items is 1311 units. Prospective bidders are invited to submit proposals for the supply of various LED luminaires, including those for road and street lights conforming to IS10322 (Part 5 Section 3) (V3) (Under BIS Scheme - II), rechargeable LED batten lights (emergency LED tube light) (V2), inverter-based LED street lights (V2), and LED luminaires for floodlights conforming to IS 10322 (Part 5 Section 5) (V3) (Under BIS Scheme - II). Additionally, the tender encompasses the supply of Moulded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCB) conforming to IS IEC 60947 (Part 2), cable joint kits suitable for cables up to and including 33 kV (V2), ceiling roses conforming to IS 371, and terminal ends for aluminum conductors of insulated cables (compression cable lugs) conforming to IS 8309. All quantities for these latter items are specified as (Q2) or (Q3) as indicated within the tender documentation.
