The Executive Engineer, Mechanical Irrigation Division (MID) Jammu, under the I and FC organisation (a State Govt. and UT entity), invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender referenced as MID/J/e-NIT/2026-27/44, titled "MID/J/44" for "enit 44 dated 25 July 2026". Cover 1 (Fee/PreQual/Technical) requires scanned copies of the tender fee (treasury challan), EMD (FDR/CDR), DIC/MSME registration, GST registration, PAN Card, a certificate accepting terms and conditions, and experience certificates for similar nature of work. Cover 2 (Finance) is for the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in .xls format. Item-wise technical evaluation is permitted. Bids will remain valid for 180 days from the bid opening date.
