Work Description - Construction Of Drain From House Of Zahoor Ahmad Kuchay To House Of Ghulam Mohammad Ronga At Khandabhavan Nawa Kadal

The Housing and Urban Development Department (HAUDD), a State Government and UT organisation, through its Executive Engineer SND Division IIND based in Darish Kadal, invites eligible and experienced contractors to participate in an Open Tender process for the "Construction of drain from house of Zahoor Ahmad Kuchay to house of Ghulam Mohammad Ronga at Khandabhavan Nawa Kadal" in Nawakadal. The contract will be awarded on a Percentage basis, and bids will remain valid for 90 days from the opening date. Bidders must submit a single cover containing scanned copies of the Treasury challan (cost of tender document), EMD (CDR/FDR/BG), GST Registration with latest clearance and PAN Card, JKPWDOMS Registration card with latest renewal, the duly signed NIT (Terms and Conditions), and the BOQ.
