The Housing and Urban Development Department (HAUDD), through the Mission Director SBM(U), invites competitive bids from eligible agencies for the "Selection of an Agency for Providing GPS and SaaS-Based Monitoring Services for Waste Ecosystem across Urban Local Bodies in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir."
