The Executive Engineer, City Drainage Civil Division, Srinagar, under the Housing and Urban Development Department (HAUDD), Government of Jammu and Kashmir, invites eligible and experienced contractors to participate in an Open Tender for the "Construction of RCC pipe drain Including manholes at Habak crossing near Kashmir University" in Srinagar. This critical infrastructure project, referenced as e_NIT_NO_11_CDC_of_2026_27, has an estimated value of ₹ 14,31,000 and is expected to be completed within 45 days. Technical and financial bids will be opened on July 13, 2026, at 11:20 AM at the office of the Ex. Engineer CDC SMC Srinagar. This tender follows a Percentage form of contract and requires a two-cover submission: one for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents and the second for the Bill of Quantity (Finance).
