HAUDD, a State Government and Union Territory organization, through its Executive Engineer, Division No. 1, Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC), located at Dogra Hall, Jammu, invites eligible bidders for an open tender concerning the "Upgradation of Lane and Drain and other allied works at various locations in Ward No. 9." This critical infrastructure project, categorized as Civil Works under the broader Works category, carries an estimated value of ₹37,32,000. The tender, identified by Reference Number Division No. 1/JMC/26-27/e-NIT No. 24 and Tender ID 2026_HAUDD_314139_14, will be awarded based on a Percentage form of contract, with the work to be executed in Ward No. 09. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹900 is required, payable offline to "FA/Chief Accounts Officer JMC" at Jammu; however, exemption from this fee is allowed. Furthermore, an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹74,640, representing 2.0% of the estimated tender value, must also be paid to "FA/Chief Accounts Officer JMC" at Jammu. EMD exemption is permitted, and submission via Bank Guarantee (BG)/Surety Bond (ST) is also an option. Bidders are required to submit their proposals in two separate covers: Cover 1 for Fee/Pre-qualification/Technical documents, and Cover 2 for the Financial bid (Bill of Quantities - BOQ).
