Health and Medical Education, a State Government and UT organization, invites open tenders for the supply of High-Speed Diesel (HSD) to the District Hospital, Pulwama. The tender reference number is high speed diesel (HSD). The tender document can be downloaded from 17-Nov-2025 at 12:30 PM to 22-Nov-2025 at 05:00 PM. Bids must be submitted online from 17-Nov-2025 at 04:30 PM until 22-Nov-2025 at 05:00 PM. The technical bid, including tender fee, EMD, company authorization letter, and income tax return copy, should be submitted in Cover 1, while the financial bid (BOQ) should be submitted in Cover 2. The bid opening date is scheduled for 22-Nov-2025 at 06:00 PM at District Hospital. Bids must remain valid for 30 days.
