The Housing and Urban Development Department (HAUDD), represented by the Executive Engineer, City Roads Division, Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC), is pleased to announce an open tender for the Macadamisation of various roads within Municipal Ward 54, specifically in the areas of Kawdara, including Eidgah Constituency, Khaiwan, Banger Teng, Dangerpora, and Yechpora. This project, estimated at ₹30,00,000, aims to enhance the road infrastructure in these key locations. The tender process will be conducted in two covers, with the first cover comprising fee, pre-qualification, and technical documents, and the second cover dedicated to financial proposals (BOQ). A tender fee of ₹1,100 is payable to MUNICIPAL ACCOUNT, and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹60,000, or 2.0% of the tender value, is required, payable to EXEN CRD SMC in Srinagar, through Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, or CDR. Bidders are advised that withdrawal is allowed. The tender documents will be available for download from July 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM until August 12, 2026, at 4:00 PM, with the bid submission period also commencing on July 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM and concluding on August 12, 2026, at 4:00 PM. The bid opening will take place on August 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the office of EXEN CRD SMC. The period for work completion is stipulated at 20 days, with a bid validity of 120 days.
