The FOREST DEPARTMENT, through the Office of the DFO Billawar, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for an Open Tender for "Plantation and Three Year Maintenance (BUC) at Co. 23a/Blr Badhuni" (Tender Reference Number: 20 of 2026-27, Tender ID: 2026_FD_314999_1).
