The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through the office of AGE (I) NIMU, is issuing an open tender for specialized repair works. The scope of work encompasses SPL REPAIR OF BLDG NO T 696 RECREATION HALL, SPL REPAIR for ELECTRICAL REWIRING of 184 I FD WKSP EME in BLDG NO T 145, SPL REPAIR to BLDG NO T 415 SA TCM OPTO SECT of 184 I FD WKSP COY EME, and SPL REPAIR to the UNDERGROUND CABLE MAIN SUPPLY CABLE. This is an Item Rate contract with a tender value of ₹9,75,000 and an earnest money deposit (EMD) of ₹20,000, payable to AGE (I) NIMU at NIMU. The tender documents are available for download from August 6, 2026, 06:00 PM until August 25, 2026, 06:00 PM, with the bid submission period commencing on August 20, 2026, 06:00 PM and closing on August 25, 2026, 06:00 PM. Bids will be opened on August 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM at AGE (I) NIMU. A tender fee of ₹500 is applicable, payable to AGE (I) NIMU at NIMU. The work is to be completed within 180 days. This tender is a two-cover system, requiring submission of scanned copies of enlistment letter, firm's application on letterhead, tender cost in DD/BC form, EPF Code Number, GST registration, and relevant documents as per enlistment criteria for unenlisted contractors, along with police verification or passport copy if applicable, in the first cover. The second cover will contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents.
