The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services, acting through GE (AF) Srinagar, invites open tenders for the repair and routine maintenance of DG sets installed at No. 2 Area under GE (AF) Srinagar, and other miscellaneous electrical and mechanical works. This Item Rate contract, referenced as GE (AF)/SGR-32/2026-27, has an estimated tender value of ₹35,00,000, and the work is expected to be completed within 270 days in the AOR of GE (AF) Srinagar. Interested parties can download tender documents from May 26, 2026, until June 17, 2026, at 6:00 PM. Bids must be submitted by June 17, 2026, at 6:00 PM and will be opened on June 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the office of GE (AF) Srinagar, Air Force Station Srinagar 190 007. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹70,000 is required, payable to GE (AF) Srinagar, and can be submitted via BG/ST or EMD Exemption, as allowed. The tender fee is ₹500, payable to GE (AF) Srinagar. Enlisted firms must submit scanned copies of their enlistment letter, reclassification/reverification, application with valid email, cost of tender in Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque, GSTN and EPF registration. Un-enlisted firms must submit documents meeting Enlistment Criteria for Class D and Earnest Money. Bids must remain valid for 60 days.
