The Dte General Border Roads Organisation, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for consultancy services concerning the preparation of a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the construction of the D-S-DBO road, upgrading it to new NHDL (PS) specifications from Km 0.00 to Km 150.00 (divided into Packages I, II, III, IV, and V).
