The Dte General Border Roads Organisation, through its Project Himank, invites an Open Tender from eligible and experienced contractors for the critical works package titled "Construction and Improvement of road between Km 29.954 to Km 54.694 (Net length 24.470 Km) on Keyla Tso Lake to Zingral (Taking Tangtse as zero) to NHSL specifications through EPC mode under 51 RCC/50 BRTF/ Project Himank in the Union Territory of Ladakh." This significant Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project, identified by Tender Reference Number HIMANK/EPC/03/2026-27, carries an estimated value of ₹1,17,27,00,000 (One Hundred Seventeen Crores Twenty-Seven Lakhs) and is scheduled for completion within a period of 730 days. Prospective bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,17,21,000 (One Crore Seventeen Lakhs Twenty-One Thousand), payable to CHIEF ENGINEER PROJECT HIMANK at SBI Main Branch Leh, and a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹23,600, payable via E-payment to SBI Choglamsar.
