The Dte General Border Roads Organisation, through the CE Project Himank located at HQ CE Project Himank, Choglamsar, Leh, invites sealed bids for an Open Tender (Reference No: HIMANK/EPC/02/2026-27) for the **REHABILITATION OF EXISTING PAVEMENT BETWEEN KM 304.00 TO KM 344.00 (TAKING MANALI AS ZERO) ON MANALI-SARCHU-LEH NH-03, UNDER 111 RCC/ 753 BRTF/ PROJECT HIMANK IN UNION TERRITORY OF LADAKH ON EPC MODE**.
