Work Description - Stage Contract For Carrying Out Various Electrical Maintenance Works Including Sitc, Itc And Dismantling Of Existing Deteriorated Out Lived Electrical Infrastructure For The Year 2026-27 Or Till Next Rate Contract Under Jurisdiction Of Ed Awantipora

The Executive Engineer, ED Awantipora, acting on behalf of DC-PDD, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender (Reference Number: EDA 22 of 2026-27 Dated 25-06-26) for a Stage contract for carrying out various electrical maintenance works. This comprehensive project includes SITC, ITC, and dismantling of existing deteriorated/outlived electrical infrastructure for the year 2026-27 or until the next rate contract is established, specifically within the Jurisdiction of ED Awantipora. This is a Works category tender, adopting an Item Rate and Rate Contract form, with a projected work period of 365 days. The estimated Tender Value for this project is ₹40,00,000. Bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,000 and a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹1,000. Both the EMD and Tender Fee are payable to the Executive Engineer, ED Awantipora, at Jammu and Kashmir. Bidders can avail EMD exemption if eligible, and EMD can be submitted via Bank Guarantee, Fixed Deposit, or CDR (Cash Deposit). Submissions will be in two covers: the first for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents including scanned copies of EMD, Tender Fee, updated Registration certificate, GST, ITR, other relevant documents, and work completion/experience certificates along with LOA of similar nature; the second cover will contain the financial bid (BOQ).
