The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its Executive Engineer, Srinagar (EE-Srinagar), invites highly experienced and eligible contractors to participate in an Open/Advertised Tender (NIT/RFP No: 13/EE/Srinagar of 2026-27) for a critical composite project. This significant undertaking involves both the hiring of an inspection vehicle for SCSD-I CPWD Bemina Srinagar and extensive civil and security infrastructure development at SHQ BSF Kupawra Kashmir. The construction component is comprehensive, requiring the construction of an approximately 3000-meter RCC boundary wall, augmentation of security lights, installation of a high-security bullet-proof main gate with an accompanying sentry post and allied security accessories, an additional access gate with a sentry post, the creation of four RCC living-cum-fighting bunkers, and thirty-four RCC bullet-proof observation posts.
