The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "Construction of Damaged/ Washed away security fencing, Lateral Road, Bundh, Other road and HML due to inclement flood along Indo-Pak Border in District Jammu, Kathua and Samba under Jammu Frontier. (Part I- C/o New Design Security Fencing (Length 23.678 Km) and HML)". This composite work, under NIT/RFP NO 11/CPM/ICBRPZ/2025-26, is estimated to cost ₹ 98,32,14,623. Bidders are required to submit a bid with the percentage method. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹ 1,08,32,146, payable via DD, FDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, Border Fencing Division, Jammu. The deadline for document download and bid submission is 09-Jan-2026 at 11:00 AM, with the bid opening scheduled for 09-Jan-2026 at 11:30 AM. The bid validity period is 75 days, expiring on 25/03/2026. Mandatory documents for submission include the Insurance Surety Bond, Demand Draft/ Account Payee Bankers Cheque / FDR/ Bank Guarantee of any commercial Bank (for balance amount as prescribed) against EMD, Copy of Receipt of deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer (including NIT issuing EE/AE), CPWD, Enlistment order of the contractor, Certificate of financial turn over from Chartered Accountant, Format for average monthly turnover, Bankers Certificate / Net Worth Certificate, Work experience certificate, Calculation sheet for bidding capacity, Certificate regarding structure and organization, GST registration certificate, Affidavit for eligible similar works not having been executed on back-to-back basis, Undertaking on structural stability and soundness, Letter of transmittal and any other document as specified in NIT.
