The Archaeological Survey of India, through the Superintending Archaeologist, ASI Mini Circle Leh, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender (Reference No: 2/6-4/2026/CDW/Apati) for the "Supply of materials under Conservation Restoration and Development Works at Rock-Cut Statue of Lord Maitreya Buddha at Apati District, Kargil." This comprehensive project involves the supply of materials necessary for the dismantling of existing rubble stone masonry walls, earthwork excavation, wall parapet construction, cement concrete provision for core filling, stone paving, tallows twigs, restoration of traditional parapet, and traditional whitewashing using chuna, among other conservation activities at the significant Apati Chamba site. The estimated Tender Value for this work is ₹45,26,843, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,13,171 (2.5%) and a Tender Fee of ₹500, both payable to the Superintending Archaeologist, ASI Mini Circle Leh.
