The AGRICULTURE PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT, a State Government and UT entity, invites eligible contractors to participate in an Open Tender (E-NIT NO.01 of 2026-27 DATED 18-07-2026, Tender ID: 2026_APD_316784_1) for the "Construction of Field Channels and Drains in Command Area Development Project at various work sites in different villages spread over in Saller-Nazneenpora Shopian." This critical civil works project, valued at ₹45,00,000, aims to enhance agricultural infrastructure, with specific individual works detailed in Annexure-A of the E-NIT. Soil Conservation Officer CAD Pulwama 0702 at Jammu and Kashmir via Bank Guarantee, Fixed Deposit, or CDR, is required, along with a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹3,500. A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 25, 2026, 02:00 PM, at the Assistant Soil Conservation Officer CAD Pulwama, Opp. Womens Degree College Pulwama, which is also the bid opening place. Bids, comprising two covers, will be opened on July 28, 2026, 11:00 AM; Cover 1 requires valid enlistment card, latest GST and ITR returns, CDR, and Treasury Challan, while Cover 2 contains the Bill of Quantities (BoQ).
