The Public Works Department (PWD), a State Government undertaking, through the Executive Engineer HPPWD Division Kotla Behar, invites eligible and experienced bidders for an Open Tender (Reference No. 1669-88 dated 14.07.2026) for the construction work titled "C/o Shantla to Sidh road Km. 0/0 to 1/200 (SH C/o Retaining wall at Rd 0/250 to 0/240, u-shape drain at Rd, 0/225 to 0/240 V-Shape drain at RD. 0/360 to 0/400, 0/410 to 0/490 and C.C. pavement at Rd. 0/220 to 0/250) under MMSY". This Civil Works - Roads project, valued at ₹6,66,010, is expected to be completed within 60 days. Interested parties can download tender documents and submit bids online, with the e-publication, document download, and bid submission all commencing on 20-Jul-2026 at 10:00 AM. The final deadline for document download and bid submission is 25-Jul-2026 at 03:00 PM, followed by the bid opening on the same day at 03:30 PM. A Tender Fee of ₹350 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹13,300 are required. Bidders must submit their proposals in two covers: one for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents (including Contractor Registration, similar work certificates, GST, PAN, etc.) and another for Finance (BOQ). The tender will be conducted under the Percentage form of contract, and all payment modes are online.
