The Public Works Department (PWD), through the Executive Engineer (EE) Mandi-II, HPPWD Mandi, invites open/advertised online tenders from eligible and experienced contractors for the significant civil works project titled "Providing Protection and Soil stabilization to bypass road along Suketi Khad near Old Suketi bridge Mandi." This comprehensive project, referenced as Tender ID 2026_PWD_140031_1 and Tender Reference Number MDII, specifically includes sub-head construction activities such as the development of a footpath with railing along the bypass road in RD 0/150 to 0/300, flooring on the approach road, and fencing on the Khad side. The estimated tender value for this critical infrastructure work is ₹40,62,890, with a stipulated completion period of 30 days. Cover 1 (Fee/PreQual/Technical) mandates the submission of the cost of the tender form, EMD, contractor registration details (as per General Rule No. 23), copies of EPF No., PAN Card, GST (as per General Rule No. 21), a work done certificate for similar nature projects, details of ongoing works (Refer General Rule No. 19), Form No. 7/8 duly signed (General Rule No. 26.7), a list of machinery, tools, plants, and equipment, an affidavit affirming the correctness of all furnished information, and an affidavit regarding any near relatives working in HPPWD as Gazetted/Non-Gazetted officers. Cover 2 (Finance) will contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The form of contract is based on a percentage system, and bids will remain valid for 75 days from the bid opening date.
