The Public Works Department (PWD), through the Executive Engineer Bhoranj Division HPPWD Bhoranj, invites Open Tenders from eligible and experienced contractors for the "Construction of a 50 Bedded Critical Care Unit for Civil Hospital at Bhoranj, District Hamirpur, HP, Part I." This comprehensive project involves the construction of a building portion, including water supply and sanitary installations, septic tank, rainwater harvesting tank, site development (Part II), and the provision of advanced electrical installations such as a fire alarm system, fire fighting system, and CCTV surveillance system. The estimated Tender Value for this work, under a Percentage Form of Contract, is ₹16,45,74,178, with a mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹26,46,000 and a Tender Fee of ₹20,000, both payable to EE Bhoranj.
