Work Description - Construction Of R Wall

The Executive Engineer, HP PWD Division, invites open tenders for the construction of an R Wall as part of the "Restoration of rain damages on link road to Mangwari" project. This is a percentage-based contract with a tender value of ₹1,37,255. The tender documents, including the NIQ and SBD, are available for download from March 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM until April 3, 2026, at 6:00 PM. Bids must be submitted online between the same dates. A fixed tender fee of ₹350 is applicable, payable online. An earnest money deposit (EMD) of ₹2,750 is required, and must also be paid online. The bid opening date is scheduled for April 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM in Sarkaghat. Bidders should note that the bid validity period is 75 days and the period of work is 30 days. Interested parties must submit their bids in two covers: the first containing the cost of tender and earnest money, registration documents, PAN, GST, EPF, latest income tax returns, undertakings for bid validity, affidavits regarding information accuracy, machinery details, and relatives working in the department, along with other documents as per the SBD; the second cover will contain the BOQ.
