Work Description - P/l 30mm Thick Bituminous Concrete On Sandhole To Cholangarh Road Km. 97/0 To 98/0, Saroun To Dayol Road Km.78/0 To 79/0 And 82/0 To 86/0)

The PWD, a State Government and UT organization, invites open tenders for periodical maintenance work on roads in the Dharampur region. Specifically, the project involves P/L 30mm thick bituminous concrete work on the Shandhole to Cholangarh Road (Km. 97/0 to 98/0) and the Saroun to Dayol Road (Km. 78/0 to 79/0 and 82/0 to 86/0). Cover 1 also requires submission of Pan no. and detail of Bank account No. e-mail id / Phone No., Work done certificate as per Clause 16 and Work in hand details as per CL.16 of General Rules and, Certificate from bank for availability of liquid credit facility, Details Affidavit of technical personnel in annexure VIII and V with qualification, Affidavit regarding the information furnished are true and correct, Affidavit that there is no close relative working in the department, Affidavit with details of machinery/tools with proof such Registration certificate etc, Affidavit as per General Rule and condition 27 of Form -7, HPPWD -6 Form condition 1.2.2, Last five years Turnover from Civil Engineers works, bid capacity, working program as per SBD, Affidavit that I also undertake that I had visited the site and well versed with the road surfac, and All other document as per SBD requirements/contractor like to share.
