The Executive Engineer, HPPWD Division Tauni Devi, on behalf of the Public Works Department (PWD), a State Government and UT organisation, invites online open tenders from eligible and experienced contractors for the work titled "Repair and maintenance of rain shelter at Salasi Bridge on link road to village Rakrial" (Tender ID: 2026_PWD_136758_3, Reference No: Corrigendum No. 2996-3006 dated 16.06.2026). This significant civil works project, located in Tauni Devi, involves the repair and maintenance of rain shelters utilizing P/L slab, ACP, and stainless steel benches, with an estimated tender value of ₹2,60,137. The contract type is based on a percentage form, and the successful bidder will be expected to complete the work within a period of 60 days. Interested bidders can download tender documents and submit their bids online from 18th June 2026, 11:00 AM, until 23rd June 2026, 05:00 PM. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹350 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,200 (fixed) are required, payable online through ICICI Bank. EMD exemption is not allowed. Bids will be opened online on 24th June 2026, at 10:10 AM, in Tauni Devi. The tender process involves a two-cover system. Cover 1 (Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical) requires the submission of documents such as proof of EMD and tender fee payment, valid enlistment/registration of the contractor, GST with latest clearance return, EPF with latest clearance return, Labour License, PAN Card, certificates of similar nature work experience as per SBD General Rules and Directions 26.2b, a list of machinery and equipment along with R.C. copies, staff details as per SBD schedule F, affidavits affirming no near relative in HPPWD, correctness of furnished information, and adherence to the condition of not holding more than two works (General Rule No. 26.1), a work in hand certificate, specimen signatures, and an undertaking to abide by all S.B.D conditions, along with Form 7 and 8. Cover 2 (Finance) will consist of the NIT, SBD, and BOQ. All affidavits must be attested by a 1st Class Magistrate or Notary, as applicable, and include the name of the work. Bids will remain valid for 60 days from the bid opening date.
