The National Rural Roads Development Agency (NRRDA), acting through the Chief Engineer, Kangra Zone HPPWD, Dharamshala, invites national competitive bids for the "Construction of Link Road to village Marar Km 0/000 to 2/480 (Package No HP-02-09) under PMGSY-IV (Batch-I, 2025-26) in Distt Chamba (H.P.)". The work includes formation cutting, construction of passing places, retaining walls, breast walls, side drains, parapets, plastic cell filled C.C. pavement, metalling and tarring work, and road signages, inclusive of a five-year routine maintenance period. This tender, reference number CE(KZ) NIT No.2186-2216 dated 03.03.2026, requires an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹9,12,941 payable at Chowari to the Executive Engineer, and a tender fee of ₹7,000, also payable at Chowari to the Executive Engineer.
