E-IN-C Branch, Military Engineer Services invites open tenders for the work of addition/alteration of Building No. MH-01 of Sec Hosp Jutogh (proposed Central MI Room) and provision of iron railing (approximately 180 meters) from OQ-27 Main Office to RH-68 (Other Rank MD Accn) at Jutogh Cantt under GE (I) Jutogh. This is an item-rate contract with an estimated tender value of ₹47,38,000. The tender is open to Class 'D' Category a(i) contractors. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹94,760 is required, payable to GE (I) Jutogh at Shimla, allowing EMD exemption or submission through BG/ST. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable, payable to GE (I) Jutogh at Shimla. Tender documents can be downloaded from 12-Feb-2026 06:00 PM to 05-Mar-2026 06:00 PM.
