Work Description - Dredging And Lifting Of Minor Mineral( Sand, Stone And Bajri) Along Beas River Bed

The HP State Forest Development Corporation, operating through the Divisional Manager, Forest Working Division Kullu, hereby invites open bids from eligible and interested contractors for the work of "Dredging and lifting of minor mineral (sand, stone and bajri) along Beas river bed" at Site No.2 Bhunter Midstream, Bhunter (Pincode: 175125). This 'Works' tender, with an estimated value of ₹1,74,96,000 (Rupees One Crore Seventy-Four Lakh Ninety-Six Thousand Only), is offered on an Item Rate basis with a period of work spanning 1825 days. Tender documents can be downloaded and bids submitted from June 18, 2026, at 02:00 PM, with the deadline for both document download and bid submission set for June 23, 2026, at 02:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened shortly thereafter on June 23, 2026, at 02:30 PM at the Forest Working Division Kullu. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹1,000 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹50,000 are mandatory, both payable to the Divisional Manager, Forest Working Division Kullu, at Kullu. EMD exemption is allowed for eligible bidders, and payment instruments accepted include Demand Draft (DD) or Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR). Bidders are required to submit their proposals in a two-cover system: Cover 1 (Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical) should include essential documents such as company registration, proof of address, registration with government agencies, GST, PAN, EPF registration, latest Income Tax Returns for the past three years, annual turnover statements, latest bank solvency certificates, undertaking, DSC, inventory of machineries, manpower details, and specified affidavits (Specimen A and B). Cover 2 (Finance) will exclusively contain the Tender Form BOQ. Bids will remain valid for 120 days from the bid opening date.
