The Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Limited (HPSEBL), through the Office of the Deputy Chief Engineer (Operation) Circle, Kullu, and the Executive Engineer, Electrical Division Kullu, invites eligible and qualified bidders to participate in an Open Tender for the critical work of "Repair and restoration of 630 KVA Distribution Transformer (DTR) at 16 Tanki Stage 1st, which was damaged due to a heavy flood on 28th August 2025 in E section Kharahal, under ESD No II HPSEBL Kullu, on a Turnkey Basis."
