The HP Irrigation and Public Health Department, through the Executive Engineer JSV Flood Protection Division Gagret, invites open tenders for the significant work titled "Providing Sewerage Scheme for Nagar Panchayat Daulatpur, Tehsil Ghanari District Una, Himachal Pradesh." This critical project, identified by Tender Reference Number JSV-FPDG-EA-I/2026-4172-4211 dt 15.07.2026, involves the construction of a Sewage Treatment Plant with a capacity of 0.50 MLD and an extensive Sewer Network, along with all allied civil works, as part of the Used Water Management Component under SBM (U) 2.0. The estimated tender value for this Item Rate contract is ₹ 2,54,50,000. Prospective bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 3,29,500 and a non-refundable tender fee of ₹ 7,000. The bid submission period commences on 15th July 2026 at 05:00 PM and concludes on 23rd July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened shortly thereafter on 23rd July 2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer JSV Flood Prot. Division Gagret. Tender documents are available for download from 15th July 2026, 05:00 PM until 23rd July 2026, 11:00 AM. The tender process will follow a two-cover system. The first cover (Fee/PreQual/Technical) mandates the submission of the Earnest Money (online or offline), tender document cost, certificate of registration in the appropriate class with the JSV Department, copies of GST, EPF, and PAN registrations with latest returns, and a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with a consultant for technology tie-up. The second cover (Finance) will contain the Schedule Bill of Quantity. The successful contractor will be expected to complete the work within a period of 180 days, with a bid validity period of 120 days.
