The Executive Engineer (GE (KH) Yol), acting on behalf of the E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, invites eligible and experienced contractors to participate in an Open Tender for the "SPECIAL REPAIR TO BLDG NO P-06 (04 X OR QTR) AT MH YOL UNDER AGE B/R-II AT MIL STN YOL" (Tender Reference Number: GE/Y-67/2026-27). Bidders must also submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹49,140/-, payable to GE (KH) Yol at Yol Cantt. EMD exemption is allowed through BG/ST. Bids must be submitted in two separate covers. Cover 1 (Fee/PreQual/Technical) should include scanned copies of the Enlistment letter in MES, application on the firm's letterhead, proof of tender cost payment (DD or BC), documents meeting MES enlistment criteria for unenlisted contractors, an affidavit of no outstanding recovery for unenlisted firms, and scanned copies of EPF Code Number and GSTIN.
