The Directorate of Urban Development, on behalf of the Municipal Corporation Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to issue this Open Tender for an urgent and critical environmental project. This tender, identified by Tender Reference Number UD/MC/MND/legacy waste/2026-6519-21 dated 25.07.2026, seeks comprehensive solutions for the processing, treatment, and disposal of municipal solid waste, encompassing both dry and wet waste streams. Furthermore, it requires the bio-mining of legacy waste accumulated at the Municipal Corporation Mandi site, alongside the crucial land reclamation of old dumpsites.
