Subathu Cantonment Comprehensive Civil Infrastructure Renovation and Road Works

Work Description - As Per Tender Document

The Directorate General Defence Estates, through the Chief Executive Officer, Subathu, hereby invites open tenders (Reference No: CBS/1/38/178 Dated 03.07.2026, Tender ID: 2026_DGDE_776680_1) for a comprehensive civil works project in Subathu, Himachal Pradesh-173206. This project entails a term contract for the repair, renovation, reconstruction, whitewashing, and painting of Cantonment Fund buildings, dustbins, group toilets, urinals, and boundary pillars, alongside the construction, maintenance, and repair of roads, paths, railings, and the provision of retaining/toe walls. Valued at ₹20,00,000, the contract has a stipulated work period of 365 days. Interested bidders are required to submit a non-refundable tender fee of ₹1,000 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹40,000, both payable to the Chief Executive Officer, Subathu, at Subathu, with EMD exemption not permitted. Acceptable payment instruments include Bankers Cheque, Demand Draft, or FDR. Tender documents became available for download on July 6, 2026, at 06:00 PM. The critical deadline for both document download and bid submission is July 27, 2026, at 04:00 PM. Bids will subsequently be opened on July 28, 2026, at 04:00 PM at the Office of Cantonment Board Subathu.
