The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the composite work package "249/EEE/ShCED/CPWD/2025-26," entailing manpower supply for the operation and routine maintenance of electrical installations, DG sets, lifts, and fire alarm & firefighting systems at multiple locations including MOEI, CPNR building at Kennedy Cottage, Cleremont Building, Bosewell Villa, Oak Lodge, GST Office and SSB Firhill during 2026-27, and MOEI, pump compound light i/c AMC of Lifts, UPS, DG Set and F/A System at NAAA Yarrows and Kennedy Cottage Shimla during 2026-27 under Sub Div-I, Shimla. The estimated cost of the work is ₹63,04,205 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,26,084, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG in favor of The Executive Engineer (Elect.), Shimla Central Electrical Division, CPWD, Longwood, Shimla.
