Work Description - Development Of Permanent Campus Of Iim Sirmaur At Dhaula Kuan, Distt Sirmaur, Hp. Ltd. Against Agmt No. 02/ee&sm(c)sirmour-1/2020-21.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through the office of SE cum PD, Sirmour, and specifically the Tender Inviting Authority EESM( C) -2, invites open bids for NIT/RFP NO: 01/SE cum PD/IIM Sirmaur/2026-27. This comprehensive project entails the "Development of Permanent Campus of IIM Sirmaur at Dhaula Kuan, Distt Sirmaur, HP." The scope of work is extensive, encompassing the construction of various building types including Student Hostels (Type A, B, C), Married Hostel, Connecting Corridor Hostels, Student Mess, SAC, VLC, DR, multiple Professor Residences (Type VI, V, VI Special), Staff Residences (Type 1 to 4), Community Center, Class Room Complexes (01 and 02), Faculty Building, MDP Class Room Complex, Library cum Computer Center, Auditorium and Incubation Center, Administrative Block, Guest House and MDP Accommodation, Meditation Center, ESS-1, 2 and 3, AC Plant Room, and a Bus Stop & Gate way Complex. The project also includes all internal and external civil, MEP, Hard Landscape, and irrigation works. Additionally, a significant part of the scope involves defect removal and balance work across all existing buildings, roads, and other services at IIM Sirmaur, Dhaula Kuan, District Sirmaur, HP, to be executed on a risk and cost basis recoverable from M/s Kamladityya Construction Pvt. Ltd. against agreement no. 02/EE&SM(C)Sirmour-1/2020-21. The estimated cost for this project is ₹ 2,24,09,564 (Two Crore Twenty Four Lakh Nine Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty Four Rupees), with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 4,48,191, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favour of EE & SM (C), Sirmaur-1, CPWD, Dhaula Kuan, Sirmaur (H.P.). The project has a stipulated time allowed for completion of 3 months. Tenders were published and became available for download and submission starting from 16th June 2026 at 02:50 PM. The final deadline for bid submission is 23rd June 2026 at 03:00 PM, with bids scheduled to be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM. Mandatory documents required for eligibility include an enlistment order of the CPWD contractor in the appropriate class and category, submission of EMD, a certificate of GST registration in Himachal Pradesh, a copy of the receipt for deposition of the original EMD (as per Form-A), an undertaking on structural stability and soundness (as per Form-B), and a declaration about site inspection (as per Form-C), alongside any other documents specified in the NIT.
